Alice Clara Furr

Alice Clara Furr was my great grandmother. She was the 2nd child of Samuel and Martha Furr. They were living in Bermondsey when she was born and Samuel may have still been a butcher (as when he married in 1872). I did not find the actual  registration of her birth. By 1880 the family had relocated to Mitcham and 6 more children were born. Her father Samuel worked as a fishmonger.

Alice married Daniel Pullen on 19th March 1899 at Christ Church, Mitcham. Two sons soon followed, including my great grandfather Alfred in 1900. By 1901 Alice was working as a laundry ironer - her husband Daniel was working as a Navvy or railway platelayer. I have not yet found more children or her date of death.
