Dyer Family Members:

Origins and Meaning

At present I am stuck with the Dyers, other than the definite birth of Catherine Dyer in Great Tey, Essex in 1820 and her parents names from the parish records. There is no definite James Dyer in the 1841 Census that matches.

• 1841 Census: in Great Tey there is a John Dyer (20) and wife Sarah (20). Also Obi Dyer (50), wife Susannah (50) with children Sarah (18) and William (15)
• Are the following siblings? Catherine (b.1820), James (?1813), John (?1818 m. Sarah), William (?1826). What connection are ?Obadiah? b.?1791 and Susannah (? b.1791) ?
