1842 Did she have an illegitimate child Frederick? Or was this an elder sibling's child? 1851 Census
1851 There is an Eliza Hall, aged 26, a cook, born Tetbury, as a servant at Newnton House in Long Newnton, but this may not be her? 
13 May 1852 Married Joseph Ladd at Parish Church, Beverstone, Gloucestershire. He was 24, a blacksmith, living in Beverstone. She was also 24, in Beverstone. Marriage Certificate (6a 511)

1861 Joseph aged 35 (1826), born Buckland, Surrey, living at Coombes Mead, Tetbury. He was a blacksmith. Living with wife Eliza, children Emma, Hester, Mary A, William and Eliza.
1865 Son Frederick born in Malmesbury Charlton.
1867 Daughter Harriett born in Malmesbury Charlton.
1871 Joseph was a blacksmith, aged 44, living at the Green, Tetbury with his wife Eliza (43) and 4 children. 

Son Frederick dies, aged 6, in Sept in Tetbury.

1881  There is an Elizabeth Ladd, widow, in the Workhouse in Tetbury, b. 1827, place of birth given as Horsley = near Tetbury but not same as Beverstone. There is no Joseph Ladd to be found. The children are all farmed out.  1881 Census
1883 Died in Tetbury, aged 56 (Sept 1883).
