There is a marriage in Romford Essex Dec 1852 of Henry Stevens to Eliza Howell (4a 107). There are also a couple of weddings in Wiltshire with no refs to check.

Wife Eliza died. An Eliza Stevens dies in Mile End Old Town in Jun 1863. This may have been her?

1881 Was he dead? Not found. ALTHOUGH there is a Henry Stevens, born 1817 "Willshire, Eng" living at Sterling, Macomb, Michigan as a married farmer in the American 1881 Census..... 5 year old daughter Harriet and Canadian wife Henrietta (45). 1881 Census
