1851 A servant, aged 20, born St Saviour Southwark. He is living at 33 Great Guildford St with the Randall family: James (green grocer), wife Louisa, children Edward and James. 

There is a family in Southwark, head Elizabeth (b.1806) who are doing pin work.

1867-1868 His wife is a widow by the 1871 Census. There is a James Longton who dies Sept 1867 Greenwich (1d 400), aged 38.
